Welcome to Verdella. By using this website (verdella.food) and placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms.

About Verdella

Verdella is a pasta brand operated by Anca Valean from her atelier in Maramureș, Romania. We sell artisan pasta filled with real vegetables to families across the European Union.

Your order

  • All product prices on verdella.food are in EUR and include applicable VAT.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or limit orders, including for product availability or suspected fraud.
  • Once you place an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. This email constitutes our acceptance of your order.

Payment

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
  • Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments. We do not store credit card details.
  • All prices and charges appear on your statement as Verdella or Shopify Verdella.

Product information

  • We make every effort to display ingredient and nutritional information accurately. If you have severe allergies (especially wheat/gluten or egg), please verify the pack label before consuming.
  • Verdella contains wheat (gluten) and eggs.
  • Photos on our website are illustrative. Natural variation in vegetable color is normal and expected.

Intellectual property

All content on this site (photography, copy, design, logos, the Verdella name and mark) is owned by Verdella or its founder. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use it without written permission.

User content

If you share photos, reviews, or tag us on social media, you grant Verdella a worldwide, royalty-free license to repost that content on our marketing channels with credit.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verdella is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products beyond the price paid for the order. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.

Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Romania, except where mandatory EU consumer protection law grants you additional rights (such as the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence).

Online dispute resolution

The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr — you may use this to resolve disputes if you wish.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of verdella.food after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
