Where we ship
We currently ship Verdella to Germany, the Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, and Poland. More countries coming soon — let us know where you'd like to see us next at team@verdella.food.
Shipping rates
- All countries: €6.90 standard delivery
- FREE shipping on orders over €48 (our 6-pack box)
How long it takes — and why
Each order is made in small batches at our atelier in Maramureș, Romania after you place it. Your pasta is slow-dried for 3–4 days at room temperature, then shipped directly to your door.
Total time: 5–7 business days from order to delivery.
It's slower than supermarket pasta. That's the trade-off for real ingredients, no preservatives, and pasta that wasn't sitting in a warehouse for months before reaching you.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. Carriers we use depending on destination: PostNL, DHL, DPD.
Storage & shelf life
Verdella is dried pasta with a 12-month shelf life. No refrigeration needed before opening. We ship year-round without weather restrictions — the pasta doesn't melt or spoil in transit.
Lost or damaged packages
- Lost in transit (no tracking movement for 10+ days): email team@verdella.food. We start a claim and reship at our cost.
- Arrived damaged (crushed pack, ripped label, opened): photograph and email us within 48h of receipt. Full refund or replacement — your choice.
Customs & duties
For all shipments within the EU, no customs or duties apply.
