The Picky Kid Promise

We make pasta we'd feed our own children. If your kid won't eat Verdella, we don't want your money — we want your trust.

How it works

  • Try our pasta for 30 days from delivery.
  • If your child won't eat it (or you simply don't love it), email team@verdella.food.
  • We refund 100% of your order, no questions asked.
  • You keep the pasta — cook with it, donate it, share it with a friend.

Eligibility

  • Applies to all orders placed on verdella.food shipped to Germany, Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, France, and Poland.
  • One refund per household per 12 months.
  • Damaged or spoiled packs: full refund regardless of timeline.

How to request a refund

  1. Email team@verdella.food with your order number (format: #SP1XXX).
  2. Tell us what didn't work — we read every message and use feedback to improve.
  3. We process refunds within 3 business days to the original payment method.

Right of withdrawal (EU Distance Selling)

You also have the legal right under EU law to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, in addition to our Picky Kid Promise. To exercise this right, contact team@verdella.food. For food products that have been opened, this right may be limited under EU consumer law due to hygiene reasons.

Damaged or lost packages

If your package is lost in transit (no tracking movement for 7+ days) or arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of expected delivery with a photo if applicable. We will reship or refund at our cost.
