The Picky Kid Promise
We stand behind every pack of Verdella. If your kid (or you) doesn't like it, we'll refund the order in full — no questions, no shipping label, no need to return the pasta.
How it works
- Try our pasta for up to 30 days from when you received your order.
- If you're not happy for any reason, email us at team@verdella.food with your order number.
- We'll refund 100% of your order value to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Keep the pasta. Pass it to a neighbour, donate it, or compost it. We'd rather lose money than your trust.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your parcel arrived damaged, or you received the wrong flavour, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We'll replace it at our expense — no need to return the original.
What we don't refund
We can't issue refunds for orders that are:
- More than 30 days past delivery
- Claimed without an order number we can match
