The Picky Kid Promise

We stand behind every pack of Verdella. If your kid (or you) doesn't like it, we'll refund the order in full — no questions, no shipping label, no need to return the pasta.

How it works

  1. Try our pasta for up to 30 days from when you received your order.
  2. If you're not happy for any reason, email us at team@verdella.food with your order number.
  3. We'll refund 100% of your order value to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  4. Keep the pasta. Pass it to a neighbour, donate it, or compost it. We'd rather lose money than your trust.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your parcel arrived damaged, or you received the wrong flavour, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We'll replace it at our expense — no need to return the original.

What we don't refund

We can't issue refunds for orders that are:

  • More than 30 days past delivery
  • Claimed without an order number we can match
